چکیده

Western diets are dominated by the consumption of chemically modified foods, characterized a deficiency n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). Lack PUFAs is also present in livestock feed, which negatively affects health, including immune response, and results low content animal products. The goal this experiment was to study effect addition feed containing produced fungus Mortierella alpina on parameters (IgA, MUC-2, IGF-2, phagocytoses selected lymphocyte subsets) composition intestinal microbiota hens egg profile. Hens were divided into groups (control, F10—supplemented with 10% fermented F15—supplemented 15% feed). relative expression all genes markedly upregulated, mainly F15 group. Likewise, F15, significant increase both phagocytes engulfing capacity level oxidative burst observed. Neither CD T cell subpopulations nor CD4/CD8 ratio significantly affected. A small enterobacteria observed F15. acid profile eggs experimental showed an increased proportion decreased n-6/n-3 ratio. work show that omega-3 enriched positively affected response laying improved eggs.

Sensory and fatty acid profile of eggs from commercial hens fed rendered spent hen meal.

The objective of the study was to determine sensory characteristics and fatty acid profile of eggs from commercial laying hens fed rendered spent hen meal (RSHM). Eggs were collected on a daily basis from Single Comb White Leghorn hens between 43 and 60 wk of age. The hens were fed a layer diet containing either 0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, or 10.0% RSHM from 48 to 60 wk in Trial 1, and from 43 to 55 wk i...

Type of Fatty Acids, Lipoprotein Secretion from Liver and Fatty Liver Syndrome in Laying Hens

Unlike other vertebrates, liver is the main site of lipid biosynthesis and is particularly very active in egg laying adult females. Yolk lipids and proteins are secreted as lipoproteins under the influence of estrogen in the liver. When hepatic lipogenesis exceeds the capacity of fat transport as lipoproteins, triacylglycerols commence to accumulate in the liver, leading to fatty liver syndrome...

Effects of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids on Immune Response of Avian

Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) are important components of cell membrane phospholipids and play important roles in lipid metabolism, gene expression and cell membrane function. Changes in fatty acid composition of cell membrane phospholipids would have an impact on the immune function. In this paper, the effects on avian immune function and regulation mechanism of PUFA were summarized.

Immune response of cows fed polyunsaturated fatty acids under high ambient temperatures.

The aim of the experiment was to determine the effects of 2 different fat supplementations on immune functions of dairy cows under high ambient temperatures. The experiment involved 24 Italian Friesian cows, divided into 3 groups of 8 animals, that were subjected to fat supplementations based on whole flaxseed (FS) or microencapsulated fish oil (FO). At d 0, 45, and 90 of the experiment, lympho...
